Co-founded by a construction Design Manager and a Software Engineer specialising in automation and artificial intelligence, BSAComply brings together two worlds that rarely meet — deep industry insight and cutting-edge technology. This combination is at the heart of what makes our platform powerful, practical, and genuinely built for the realities of the Building Safety Act.

Our journey began on live construction projects, where our founder — working as a Design Manager — experienced firsthand the escalating complexity of the Building Safety Act. Gateway requirements, dutyholder roles, golden thread obligations, and evolving regulatory expectations were creating huge pressures on project teams.

It quickly became clear that misinterpreting these requirements wasn’t just a procedural error — it carried serious risk. Delays, stop notices, financial exposure, reputational damage, and, most importantly, potential consequences for building safety. With legislation becoming denser and deadlines tighter, the industry needed a clearer, smarter way to navigate compliance.

Recognising this urgent gap, we began transforming complex legislation into structured, easy-to-follow digital workflows. With technical processes mapped out by a Design Manager and engineered by a specialist programmer and AI expert, BSAComply is built from the ground up to help teams get things right — first time, every time.
